Customer support analysts and project managers to support VendorNet's web-based software client implementations. Day-to-day phone and email support with clients as needs dictate. First-time implementation and training of clients and client suppliers, and ongoing client support.
Candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as sharp trouble shooting capabilities, and the ability to learn new software quickly. Those applying for the project management position must have prior experience/success in project management roles. Candidates for the customer support analyst position must have a Bachelors degree with a major in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred. Microsoft NT/SQL Server experience a plus, but not required.

Programmer & Advanced Technical Support
The position involves developing, and implementing applications and utilities to facilitate integration between retailers and suppliers with the VendorNet application, as well as maintenance of the core VendorNet application. Develop, maintain, and support utilities, extracts, and custom reports associated with the core product.
Functions include but are not limited to: maintaining web-based software using ASP (HTML and VBScript), Visual Basic, and SQL, developing and supporting software to facilitate integration between systems using Visual Basic and SQL, providing assistance to support personnel on complex software issues, analyzing and updating data to meet specific client needs and support requests, developing and supporting custom software to satisfy customer requests. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Four-year degree (Computer Science, Information Technology), 2-year minimum related work experience.

Senior Programmer/Analyst
The position involves designing, developing, and implementing new functions in the VendorNet application. Troubleshoot and resolve complex systems issues requiring programming and system design expertise.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Visual Basic 6 including: Developing COM objects and standalone applications, working with TCP/IP sockets, parsing and creating XML documents, interacting with databases using ADO. Expert knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including: developing complex SQL statements using Query Analyzer and ADO, developing and maintaining databases using Enterprise Manager, troubleshooting and analyzing queries using Profiler. Knowledge of ASP (VBScript and JavaScript) and HTML. Knowledge of ASP.NET and experience with C++ is a plus.

Quality Control Analyst
Performs quality testing on complete software suite to identify, analyze, and document problems, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions. Documents testing process and results and maintains quality database. Interfaces with development to articulate application modifications. Tests all software with special attention and focus on meeting customer expectations and requirements. Implements, documents and maintains SQA processes and procedures.
Successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong problem solving skills with the ability to work with development and business users.
