VendorNet Returns Manager facilitates remote returns and exchange processing making it possible for suppliers to process dropship order returns online. This expedites the return/exchange process for the customer, as well as automates the reciprocal host system updates for the retailers ensuring all parties receive the appropriate credits and updated order information.

VendorNet Inventory Manager provides online visibility to supplier inventory levels as they pertain to the retailer. Dropship inventory levels can be integrated with the retailer's host order management system to augment service center information, and provide an intelligence base for business planning and forecasting.

VendorNet Product Manager delivers maintenance capabilities to suppliers allowing additions and updates to product information. Item maintenance triggers an online review and automated update process to the retailer's host order management system enhancing the retailer's information pertaining to product offerings.

VendorNet Sales Manager provides suppliers with online visibility to item sales performance against retailer forecasts enabling suppliers to proactively manage inventory levels. Automatic notifications allow retailers and suppliers to make intelligent adjustments for slow or fast selling items.
