VendorNet Commerce Suite standardizes, synchronizes, and optimizes the data exchange and collaboration process with suppliers through a centralized system that has one connection to the retailer's host order management system, but many pre-configured and custom interface options to accommodate the suppliers.



Utilizing Microsoft® technologies, VendorNet Commerce Suite's 100 percent web- and component-based architecture is open and flexible to accommodate both the retailer's, and supplier's unique business requirements. It provides customized interfaces, customized business rules, and customized documents that reflect varying business parameters for each supplier. Electronic integration with suppliers is facilitated through CSV, Fixed-Width, EDI-INT, XML, or browser-based interfaces. This seamless system-to-system communications allows both retailers and suppliers to eliminate costly, inefficient, and time consuming manual procedures.

VendorNet Commerce Suite provides unattended processing capabilities, and automated error checking and correction processing. During the an order transaction - and throughout the entire lifecycle of an order- VendorNet Commerce Suite monitors, audits, and verifies that each order is routed and processed accurately. These comprehensive monitoring capabilities enable VendorNet Commerce Suite to automatically send order acknowledgements, event-triggered e-mails, order status updates, and performance reports to specified users.
